February sales continued consistently following on from a good January.

Waterfront home sales continue to be strong. Buyers seem to be identifying with the security that comes with prime position. There is a great confidence in the future growth of Noosa's waterfront property and great opportunities continue to exist.

Waterfront apartments on Noosa Sound and beach-front apartments on Hastings Street offer some of the best opportunities I have seen in a very long time, to secure a prime location.

We are currently marketing some fantastic apartments on the beachfront in Netanya, On the Beach, Fairshore and Maison La Plage.

On the waterfront at Noosa Sound we have a very rare 3-bedroom ground floor Noosa Harbour apartment. We have apartments in Culgoa and Noosa Shores.
