Sales during the past month have remained consistent with the property in prime locations remaining very closely held and selling swiftly when available.

It was sold within two days as two buyers fought it out to secure the property.The home sold for $1.65 million, fifty thousand over an independent valuation.

Since the federal election it seems the market has taken off, the level of activity has increased dramatically, illustrating the confidence in the market.
