Paul enjoys contributing his experience and energy to help people achieve their goals. “The successful transaction is one where both parties feel they have expressed themselves and achieved what they set out to do.” The win/win approach is Paul’s mantra and years of referral business from previous clients are testament to his dedicated and focussed management of the selling process from start to end.
Communication between Paul and his clients are transparent and constant. Sellers know that they are V.I. P’s and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to the client’s complete satisfaction.
For over 10 years Paul has carved a highly respected position in the real estate field in the Noosa hinterland, living and raising his children there and having many community ties through fund raising auctions and the local music scene. It is his home and the place where his heart is.
Behind the scenes, Paul enjoys singing and playing the drums with local band “The Catbirds”. Song writing has always been a creative outlet for Paul. He also enjoys participating in the National 4’s Speedway racing across Queensland with his sons and brother.
“For me, I like to immerse myself in the property I am focussing on and create a unique and descriptive write up which helps buyers understand not only what the property is like, but why it is a special property worthy of their attention”
Previously Paul specialized as the Sunshine Coasts leading antiques auctioneer and worked for Tom Grady performing farm clearance sales across the region. “I loved the atmosphere at the auctions, you just never know what weird and wonderful items will show up. People love a day out and if you have never been to one, I urge you to do it.”
