Well we all survived the rain and the high tide, needless to say the weather hasn't been conducive to selling property this month, however strong sales have continued throughout the town where good stock is available.

Noosa Sound remains tight after several good sales last month and Noosa Waters continues to turn over with two more house sales this month in the low to mid $2 million range.

Little Cove and Sunshine Beach remain very closely held. There were just two sales in Little Cove this month, both by this office. The first was a lower priced apartment in Kareela Avenue in the high $500,000 range and again in Kareela Avenue, a couple of old flats sold in the low $2 million range the purchaser intends to demolish the building to make way for a new home.

Noosaville remains tight as the popularity of the riverside precinct strengthens luxury apartments in the back streets are now asking $2.4 million with no views. Entry land value is around $1 million for a block of land.

Other areas of the town like Cooloola and Sunrise Beach continue to sell strongly with very consistent sales. With anything in the lower ranges of $500,000 to $700,000 selling reasonably quickly.

We expect sales to increase into the Spring months and like the other agents find ourselves short of stock to satisfy buyers, a sign of strong activity to come.
